The UMMOA is not a simulation of any kind, nor is it an attempt to recreate an historical past.
Is the UMMOA an exercise in personal entertainment or self-aggrandisement?
The UMMOA is neither entertainment, nor an ego trip, and is actually carried on through the multifaceted work of adults.

The UMMOA is not literary, theatrical, or cinematographic fiction, nor is it a work of art or architecture.
Is the UMMOA a vehicle for the promotion of an agenda?
The UMMOA doesn't have party-like platforms or policies.
Is the UMMOA an entity created for fraudulent purposes?
The UMMOA doesn't exist for profit purposes, whether legitimate or fraudulent in nature.
Is the UMMOA an historical anomaly, and/or an aspirant state?
The UMMOA is not founded on an historical anomaly situation, and no longer aspiring to be anything.
Is the UMMOA a new country project?
The UMMOA is no longer the mere attempt to found a nation or a state.
Is the UMMOA an exercise in historical revisionism?

The UMMOA's influence is not over territory, as with most governments, but over individuals, organisations, and even some nations or states.
Is the UMMOA involved in seasteading?
The UMMOA is not a real or theoretical seastead.
What is the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA)?
The UMMOA is a nation or people scattered around the world. A United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) examining attorney has described the UMMOA wordmark as indicating "membership in a political organization concerned with international affairs".
Is the UMMOA a micronation?
If a micronation for you is a small nation, just as Monaco is a small nation; if a micronation for you is either a real nation — made of real people united by common descent, culture, or language, although they don't necessarily inhabit the same particular country or territory — or simply not a micronation at all; if a micronation for you is something larger and more permanent than a family, something larger and more permanent than any national institution; if a micronation for you is a serious polity either unrecognised, or only partially recognised by sovereign nations or states; then the UMMOA is a micronation. More information on what a micronation truly is, can be found at the URL directly below:

Does the UMMOA exist only on the Internet?
The UMMOA does not exist only on the Internet. The UMMOA actually manages its own Internet, the Cesidian Root (CRt). It should be noted that the UMMOA has also occupied a significant portion of the US Government/ICANN/IANA/legacy root, the Internet it doesn't manage.
Does the UMMOA exist only within the private property of its members?
Slighty more than half of the UMMOA's population does exist within the private properties of three micronations. That specific territory is called the Fifth World Community (5WC), the world's first diaxenospitia (a highly scattered municipality). Slightly less than half of the UMMOA's population exists outside of the 5WC.
Does the UMMOA lay claim to sovereign status as an independent nation?
Slighty more than half of the UMMOA's population is very independent and Ummoagian. A significant portion of the rest is also very Ummoagian. Regardless of residency status, however, all Ummoagians own an equal share of stock, which has been nationalised, and worth a current market value of 250.00 USD [Euro value].
Has any sovereign state, even state with limited recognition, ever recognised the UMMOA?
The UMMOA has been recognised by the Republic of Cabinda (or Kabinda), which is considered a de facto state, or an unrecognised or largely unrecognised state. The UMMOA is also recognised by the Government of Southern Cameroons. Southern Cameroons — also known as Ambazonia or British Southern Cameroons — is a member of the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO) and the Organization of Emerging African States (OEAS), and is recognised by the United Nations (UN) as a sovereign nation under illegal occupation, a status similar to that of Hawaii or Tibet. So besides being recognised by a de facto state, the UMMOA is also recognised by a sovereign nation.
Is the UMMOA recognised by any intergovernmental organisation (IGO)?
The UMMOA is recognised by the international organisation to which both the Republic of Cabinda and the Government of Southern Cameroons belong, the Organization of Emerging African States (OEAS), and since this organisation has at least one de facto state among its members, you can say that the UMMOA is also recognised by a young, but nonetheless real intergovernmental organisation (IGO).
Which government agencies, government ministries, nations or organisations recognise, honour, or accredit the UMMOA?
  • United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
  • General Administration of Press and Publication (GAPP)
  • Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO)
  • Republic of Cabinda (or Kabinda)
  • Government of Southern Cameroons (or Ambazonia/British Southern Cameroons)
  • Organization of Emerging African States [OEAS; 501(c)(3) charitable organisation in US]
  • Nations Without States (NWS; pressure group of UK National Liberal Party)
  • The Multipurpose Inter-Parliamentary Union (TMIPU; State of Virginia corporation)
  • Chamber of Computer Logistics People Worldwide (CCLP Worldwide)
  • Foundation for Endangered Languages (FEL)
  • Middlebury Institute
  • Is the UMMOA a subject of international law?
The UMMOA has been treated like any other subject of international law by the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the past, a permanent international tribunal. The UMMOA is also recognised by Chamber of Computer Logistics People Worldwide (CCLP Worldwide), an India-based NGO that has special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
Does the UMMOA have an independent foreign policy?
It should be first noted that the UMMOA has two separate divisions for Foreign Affairs: Paradiplomatic Affairs (PDA) and the UMMOA Foreign Ministry (UFM). PDA, which was launched in June 2013, deals directly with foreign countries, foreign agencies, foreign country subdivisions, foreign municipalities, foreign institutions, foreign organisations and/or professionals, whether these deliberately recognise the UMMOA Nation, and/or the GEO State, or not. PDA has come into existence because the UMMOA-GEO System is not recognised at very high levels by any UN Member yet, and since UMMOA-GEO wants nothing to do with the United Nations System — because it is the anti-societalistic agency par excellence, and a den of bankster havens — the PDA agency deals only with things the UN System, and affiliated organisations would deal with. The UFM, on the other hand, was launched before PDA, in March 2013, and has mainly dealt with foreign country code top-level domains (ccTLDs), not foreign countries. The first countries that received de facto recognition were those with UMMOA Nationals. UFM, therefore, will now be used to register foreign citizens and their families, and assist them in becoming more and more Ummoagian, but will not concern itself with passport issuance, since passports, even diplomatic passports, are not recognised by the UMMOA anymore [1]. The UFM will also occupy itself with the optimum maintenance of UMMOA.domains, to ensure only non-alien domains are supported, and that no monies are wasted on domains that favour alien, even enemy alien or foreign government interests only. The UFM will also monitor the Internet to ensure that UMMOA English (UGV; en-UGV) will never be monopolised by government, business, or religious oligarchs, since anti-societalistic contamination has also begun to seriously affect all other varieties of English [2].
Does the UMMOA have political parties?
The UMMOA does not recognise any domestic political parties, but it is recognised as an international political party by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the UMMOA also recognises and supports the UK-based National Liberal Party (NLP).
Does the UMMOA support foreign NGOs?
The UMMOA does not support any external or foreign organisations besides specialist organisations that can help the UMMOA fulfil its national missions. More information on UMMOA sponsors can be found at the URL directly below:

Does the UMMOA claim any territory?
The UMMOA claims 30 disputed islands, atolls, archipelagos or points scattered across the Pacific Ocean, Caribbean Sea, Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, Red Sea, and Indian Ocean; it claims one Antarctic continental territory; and the UMMOA also claims one highly scattered municipality (a diaxenospitia), which is a collective of all the private properties of three micronations.
Does the UMMOA have any territorial disputes?
The UMMOA has a declared or public territorial dispute with the United States, and undeclared territorial disputes with the following countries: Canada, Belize, Portugal, Haiti, Colombia, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Marshall Islands, France, Madagascar, Comoros, Mauritius, Seychelles, India, Bangladesh and Kiribati. More information on UMMOA territorial and non-territorial claims can be found at the URL directly below:

Does the UMMOA have any cities?
The Fifth World Community (5WC) is the UMMOA's only inhabited locality, and it is a diaxenospitia — ie, a highly scattered municipality, a very real global village or burgh. In the 5WC many real diaxenospitian (cosmopolitan) people live and work, but it also incorporates the Lion and The Lamb Commonwealth for visitors in the US state of Iowa, which is a beautiful multi-room and multi-suite bed and breakfast. The 5WC is registered with Google, and is also registered with Foursquare. Outside of the 5WC, the UMMOA also has the world's first Fifth World culture centre in Sainte-Valière in France, a place called Lo Gal, where up to 19 customers, speaking three official languages (French, German and English), can sit down and enjoy organic coffee, chocolate, or fruit juice. Lo Gal also has a small beer and wine shop, which distributes organic faire from local wine producers and microbreweries; a delicatessen (or deli) that serves with fresh organic bread and spices; a multilingual library with over 2,000 books on stock with Fifth World themes such as gardening, homeschooling, natural health, organic cuisine, and nature (the overstock is sold on location or through the Internet); a multimedia library — with independent music, films and art, and which is a proud member of the Association de l'Indépendance Musicale Solidaire Autonome (AIMSA) — with Wi-Fi Internet access; a Linux demonstration centre for Open Source software; a tourist office; and a melting point where people gather to book author's readings, small art exhibitions, or for alternative astrologer/magician guests. Lo Gal is also affiliated with the Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Encounters (FREE), with its own special ufological institution, the Council of Holon Cinna. And by the way, if you decide to visit pretty Sainte-Valière and stay overnight, Lo Gal is also a small bed and breakfast!
Does the UMMOA have any natives?
The UMMOA has a few indigenous nationals, which are part of the Ryamecah and/or Hernici tribes, the two UMMOA government-approved tribes. The members of the Ryamecah tribe are strictly Winnecomaqian [North American], and the members of the Hernici tribe are strictly European. The Governor of the UMMOA and his mother are part of the Ryamecah and Hernici tribes, while one of the Governor's nieces is part of the Ryamecah tribe only.
Does the UMMOA have a native culture besides its flag, coat of arms, and national anthem?
Besides the existence of Native Ummoagians of the Ryamecah and Hernici tribes, and the existence of a Native Internet, the Cesidian Root (CRt), the UMMOA has numerous national standards, and many of these — such as the UMMOA's church, patron saint, time zone, calendar, and offline currency — are genuinely native.
What are the official languages of the UMMOA?
The UMMOA remains committed to the national mission "to preserve as much linguistic diversity as is practical, culturally desirable, and economically feasible", but can no longer allow this mission to create unnecessary one-sided burdens, economic and otherwise, on the UMMOA. The UMMOA is recognised by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the UMMOA wordmark is further affirmed by the same US government agency as indicating "membership in a political organization concerned with international affairs". No other government agency, and most notably, no other government agency whose official working language is not English in any form recognises, and/or positively affirms the existence and dignity of the UMMOA is such a manner, and this includes government agencies whose official working language is Italian, with which the UMMOA can, and has communicated with in the past without even polite reciprocity. The UMMOA's language definition policy also defines a true language as a societalistic tool of oral and written communication. This language definition policy completely excludes languages that are primarily used as religious, economic, and/or political control tools by big religion, big business, and big politics. The UMMOA's language definition policy defines these as false languages or dialects, and as anti-societalistic tools of oral and written communication. With few exceptions, the UMMOA now uses only UMMOA English (UGV; en-UGV), and any other English language variant form used by governments, which also completely excludes the Oxford spelling (en-GB-oed) English language variant form used by many international organisations which neither recognise the UMMOA, nor its societalistic philosophy.
Does the UMMOA have any daily newspapers?
Due to the highly scattered nature of the UMMOA people or Ummoagians, the UMMOA does not have a daily newspaper in paper format, but does publish news daily in English via Intermicronational World (IW), a government news agency, independent media outlet, and limited-purpose newswire service.
How many UMMOA nationals are there?
According to data from our first census (November 2013), there are 68 UMMOA nationals or Ummoagians.
Does the UMMOA have any schools?
With the exception of homeschooling families, the UMMOA does not yet have primary- or secondary-level schools, but it does have a tertiary-level institution, Saint René Descartes University (StRDU).
Is Saint René Descartes University (StRDU) accredited?
In order to guarantee as much freedom of thought, sound science, and academic rigour as possible, as required in the UMMOA by the law of the XIV Commandments (another Native Ummoagian cultural item), the UMMOA does not have a Ministry of Education as most countries. As an education leader, the Chancellor of StRDU has acknowledged, and is committed to the active promotion and realisation of the Charter of CCLP Worldwide — a widely recognised global consensus statement on ethics and values for a sustainable future, which was developed over a period of ten years, and which has been formally endorsed by over 2,000 organisations and individuals around the world. As an institution of higher learning, StRDU is an accredited seminary college of the Cesidian Church (CCh), which enjoys broad autonomy as a religious institution, and the strong emphasis on both faith and reason typical of Cesidianism. StRDU is also a member in good standing of Paradiplomatic Affairs (PDA), a multidisciplinary professional, paradiplomatic, and alternative standards agency that also enjoys broad autonomy, and the PDA even accredits foreign schools or universities similar in character to StRDU. Moreover, StRDU has also been granted permanent status as a consultative organisation accredited to the Organization of Emerging African States (OEAS), a young IGO.
Do UMMOA institutions enjoy foreign or international accreditation or recognition?
  • The UMMOA's municipality, the Fifth World Community (5WC), is registered with Google at its Winnecomaq address, and as a "City Hall", and is also registered with Foursquare as a "City Hall".
  • The UMMOA's own Internet, the Cesidian Root (CRt), has been granted permanent status as a consultative organisation accredited to the Organization of Emerging African States (OEAS), and Pirate Party Germany (German: Piratenpartei Deutschland) recommends the use of the Cesidian Root (CRt).
  • Saint René Descartes University (StRDU), the UMMOA's tertiary education institution, has been granted permanent status as a consultative organisation accredited to the Organization of Emerging African States (OEAS).
  • The Cesidian Church (CCh) was granted its independent Church Charter by Saint Luke Evangelical Christian Ministries, a Non-Denominational church, and the Cesidian Church (CCh) was given Congregational Affiliation with the Universal One Church, a Non-Denominational and Independent Catholic church.
  • The Sachem and Medicine Man of the Ryamecah was spiritually adopted [PDF doc] into the Nemenhah Indigenous Traditional Organization (Native American Church of Nemenhah) — the Governor of the UMMOA is thus Native American by place of birth in Winnecomaq, North America, but also Native American by adoption by a Native American traditional organisation that is acknowledged by some recognised Native American tribes, bands, or traditional communities.
  • The book, Ryamecah Declaration of Indigenous Independence, is a unique statement which announces that the Ryamecah regard themselves as a state in relationship with the descendant of the British Empire, the Commonwealth of Nations, and that the United States must either represent the Native American confederation before the Commonwealth, or rightfully grant it enough sovereignty so it may represent itself. This extremely controversial book is also the only book by the Governor of the UMMOA that is freely available for purchase in the People's Republic of China. It should be noted that in China, the General Administration of Press and Publication (GAPP), a government's administrative agency, is responsible carrying out the monitoring and management of news publishing activities (including publishing, printing, copying, distribution, import, and trade), so a controversial book like the Ryamecah Declaration could not be available to Chinese readers unless it was specifically approved by the GAPP [3]! Since the book also introduces the world to the Ryamecah Confederation (RY), this is a strong sign of that China, through its GAPP government agency, may have also granted the Ryamecah Confederation at least de facto recognition!
  • The Managing Editor of Intermicronational World (IW) is a Member of American International News Service (AINS) and of the International Freelance Photographers Organization (IFPO). He was also recognised as an Analytic Journalist by the International Freelance Photographers Organization (IFPO).

  • Does the UMMOA use any other language or linguistic variant?
While the word UMMOA® is trademarked, the derivative word Ummoagian is neither trademarked, nor acknowledged as distinctive of the UMMOA. Moreover, words like diaxenospitia, pankosmiahora and Jeuday are typical UMMOA English words, and not mere private usage, yet are not recognised as such, and even the UGV acronym, which clearly stands for "UMMOA Grammar and Vocabulary", or UMMOA English, has not been accepted even in several acronym lists. UMMOA English (UGV; en-UGV), originally a mere extension of British English (en-GB), is now a distinct variant of English, and is also distinct from Oxford English Dictionary English (en-GB-oed), and American English (en-US). UMMOA English is the variant form of English that is standard in the UMMOA, and includes both unique vocabulary in various fields of human endeavour, as well as variant English word forms that are currently not present even in British English.

Yes, one can make a one-time donation to the UMMOA without greater or longer term involvement through this link: UMMOA One-Time Donation.
Does the UMMOA have a currency?
Actually in the UMMOA it is "We the People" who are the medium of exchange, or the national currency! Because of the Intermicronational Declaration, Certification, and Securitisation of Human Rights (IDCSHR), each UMMOA National identity has been secured with the issuance of real assets, not debt, and is certified and assayed by the UMMOA Governor. Each qualified UMMOA National thus has real property rights, further enhanced by the rights and responsibilities available to them under the XIV Commandments. Currently the UMMOA Treasury Security Safe already has 105.1 Oz (105.1 XAG) of fine silver (USD value) certifying, accrediting, and securing the human value and rights of every Ummoagian. Moreover, the UMMOA Governor, also known as "BCT", has over 1.6507 Bitcoin (USD value) in his wallet, and hopes to increase this with a small weekly Bitcoin buying program over time, so that the rights of each UMMOA National are eventually secured by the Bitcoin value of at least 1 Oz (1 XAG) of fine silver.
Can one make a single donation to the UMMOA in Bitcoin (XBT) without becoming a UMMOA National or Ummoagian?
Yes, one can make a single donation to the UMMOA in Bitcoin (XBT) without greater or longer term involvement by sending their donation to this Bitcoin Wallet Address:
